Discover the relevant product
Does search or an advertisement lead to the right product or collection? Broad messaging and an unrelated landing page can leave shoppers hunting for the offer that brought them there.

Ecommerce Businesses
Product discovery, clear information, confidence in the transaction, and reliable platform access all influence the purchase journey. We follow that journey to understand where shoppers need a better answer and where your store needs attention first.
Let’s talk about your businessSee where we startHow your customers choose
For businesses large and small.
For stores building demand around the products they can reliably sell. A smaller owner-operated shop and an established ecommerce team can both be a fit when product information, approvals, platform access, and the responsibilities for operating the store are clear.
Follow the shopper
We start with priority products and the decision around them. A visitor should be able to connect the offer they found with the product and transaction they are considering.
Does search or an advertisement lead to the right product or collection? Broad messaging and an unrelated landing page can leave shoppers hunting for the offer that brought them there.
Can someone evaluate size, materials, compatibility, intended use, or another detail that matters for this item? Useful descriptions and answers should come from accurate product information your team can confirm.
Can a shopper find delivery expectations, shipping costs, return steps, and a way to contact the business? Those details need to be readable and consistent with how your store actually operates.
Choose the priority
We compare the store, discovery paths, campaign information, and any account notices. Every store does not need every service; the findings shape the scope.
If shoppers cannot find or evaluate the priority products, inspect the product and collection content, search foundations, and customer questions. This may point to SEO, GEO, or a focused content improvement.
If campaigns bring relevant visitors but the next step is unclear, compare the message with the landing page and available conversion information. Check the practical path to ordering before deciding that more spend is the answer.
A Merchant Center or advertising-account notice calls for its own investigation. Review the stated issue, account history, store information, and earlier corrections so an access problem is distinguished from a campaign or website problem.
How the work comes together
Search and product clarity can support discovery over time. Advertising, website changes, and recovery each have a role when the evidence points to that need.
Connect useful product and collection information, search structure, and answers to real shopping questions. GEO is relevant where customers use AI-assisted research to compare products or understand an unfamiliar offer.
Explore GEO and useful product answersReview how priority collections and products are linked and described, along with the technical foundations that help search engines understand the site. Product accuracy and current commercial details need your team’s input.
Explore SEO scope and planningAlign campaigns with priority products and appropriate landing pages. Review available purchase information, campaign relevance, and the limits of existing tracking before agreeing on how to judge performance.
Explore advertising scope and current feesWebsite work can address product presentation, navigation, mobile layouts, and clear delivery and returns information. We assess the current platform and agree on specific changes, whether the work is a focused improvement or a larger build.

Peak Relax
A Misrepresentation suspension remained after return-policy revisions and unsuccessful reviews. The owner associated the timing with a policy change, but reversing it had not restored the account.
The review identified ambiguous return-deadline wording and examined contact information, support descriptions, and the website experience. Continued troubleshooting addressed business-information consistency, verification, and technical website concerns, with further unsuccessful reviews along the way.
Work began in June 2025. Google confirmed reinstatement and lifted the suspension on November 1; the client forwarded that confirmation on November 3. This establishes account recovery after continued investigation, without identifying one sole cause or a resulting increase in sales.
Working together
Your team confirms product facts, pricing, availability, shipping and return practices, and business information, then approves changes and provides appropriate account access. RID performs the agreed marketing or website work. Fulfillment, customer support, ongoing feed operations, and other store responsibilities need to be assigned explicitly when planning the engagement.
Before starting, we agree on the work, fees, access, approvals, and how progress will be reviewed. The linked service pages explain the current scope and commercial information.
For growth work, review relevant visits, product engagement, and recorded purchases with the available revenue and advertising-cost information. Confirm what the tracking captures and where it has gaps. For recovery, verify the account decision and status. Reinstatement alone does not show a sales lift or profitable advertising.
Before we begin
We review the platform and access first. The current website offering includes Shopify store and theme improvements, Wix website work, custom development, and assessment of an existing website. Work on another platform is scoped after that review; a platform move is not assumed.
That depends on the affected account, the notice, and the status of the relevant campaigns. A suspended Google Ads account cannot serve ads; a Merchant Center suspension affects the product activity that depends on that account. We review what is actually affected before discussing eligible activity. Recovery support does not include bypassing the restriction.
After agreeing on scope, arrange appropriate access to the store and relevant search or advertising accounts. Provide accurate product and business information, customer-facing policies, account notices, earlier review history, and available conversion records. Identify who can approve changes and confirm how the store operates.
Start with the platform’s notice and account status, then review the surrounding store and campaign evidence. Unclear website information can matter to both customers and an account investigation, but low sales alone does not establish a suspension. We identify the immediate issue and scope the related work.
Use measures tied to the engagement: relevant product visits and discovery for search, recorded purchases and available cost and revenue data for advertising, and a usable purchase journey for website delivery. Verify account status separately for recovery. Your team’s records help confirm what tracking misses.
