Talk through your situationFree introductory call · 15 minutesGetting started
The first conversation, the right scope, and what to bring.
Where should we start?
Start with the business problem: being found, attracting better leads, improving your website, or resolving an account issue. Book a free 15-minute conversation so we can understand your situation and discuss a useful next step. You do not need to choose a service before we talk.
What does the first call cost?
The introductory 15-minute conversation is free. It’s a chance to discuss your situation and whether we can help. Any paid work is scoped and agreed separately.
What should I have ready?
Your website address, your main goal, and a little context about what you’ve already tried are enough to start. For an account issue, have the platform’s notice and any previous appeal history handy. You don’t need to prepare a presentation.
How do you scope and price the work?
We review your goals, current setup, and implementation needs, then agree on the deliverables, fees, timing, and responsibilities before work begins. A defined project and ongoing marketing support have different scopes. Advertising spend and any third-party platform or hosting costs are considered separately.
GEO & AI visibility
Help buyers find and understand your business during AI-assisted research.
How does GEO relate to SEO?
GEO focuses on how your business is represented in AI-assisted research: whether it is mentioned, which pages are cited, and whether the description is accurate. SEO addresses your website’s organic search visibility. The work overlaps in accessible pages, clear service information, useful content, and credible business evidence.
How do you measure GEO?
We agree on relevant questions, platforms, and a repeatable review method. Reporting can cover brand mentions, cited pages, the accuracy of business descriptions, and available referral or conversion data. A mention alone is not a lead.
Can you guarantee an AI platform will recommend us?
No. AI platforms control their own responses, and outputs can vary by question, date, location, and user context. We work on the content, accessibility, and evidence we can influence and report the results with those limits.
SEO & organic search
Build search visibility around the customers you want to reach.
Do you work on local SEO?
Yes. Local work can include service-area clarity, location-relevant content, business information consistency, and Google Business Profile optimization where appropriate.
How long does SEO take?
It depends on your starting point, competition, implementation pace, and the work required. We separate immediate technical fixes from improvements that need time to be crawled, indexed, and evaluated.
Who owns the website and reporting accounts?
You retain ownership of your business assets. We agree on access and implementation responsibilities before work begins, so the relationship stays clear.
Ad Management
Understand management fees, account ownership, and the starting point.
What does management cost?
Ad Management starts at $1,000 per month, with ad spend separate. Final fees depend on scope. The proposal specifies platforms, campaign workload, creative, measurement, reporting, and fees.
Do we keep ownership of our accounts?
Yes. Your business retains ownership of its advertising accounts and data. We use platform access permissions to manage the agreed work and define responsibilities before starting.
Do we need to advertise on every platform?
No. We choose a starting point based on your audience, offer, budget, assets, and ability to measure results. Adding a channel should have a clear purpose and enough budget and creative support to evaluate it.
Are creative production and landing pages included?
The proposal states what is included. Ad copy, creative variations, video production, product feeds, landing-page builds, and tracking implementation can require different scopes. We agree on who supplies and approves each item before launch.
How often will we receive reporting?
We agree on a reporting and review schedule before work starts. Each review should cover spend, useful outcomes, changes made, limitations in the data, and the next actions. The proposal also defines communication and approval responsibilities between reviews.
Is ChatGPT advertising the same as GEO?
No. ChatGPT Ads are paid placements, separate from ChatGPT’s answers. GEO addresses how your business information appears in AI-assisted research. Buying ads does not buy an organic recommendation or citation.
Can you work with a suspended Google Ads account?
Account recovery and ongoing ad management have different scopes. If a suspension blocks advertising, we review the notice and remediation needs first, then discuss campaign management once the account can advertise.
Do you guarantee sales or a return on ad spend?
No. Results depend on demand, competition, the offer, creative, budget, measurement, and the experience after the click. We agree on the work, document decisions, and report the evidence available for your business.
Websites & development
A new build, a focused improvement, or a better campaign destination.
Can you improve our existing website?
Yes. We can begin with a design refresh, new pages, better mobile layouts, content restructuring, or specific development work. We assess the current site before recommending a full rebuild.
Do you only build Shopify websites?
No. We work on business and service websites, ecommerce stores, landing pages, and custom builds. That includes Wix, Shopify, and improvements to existing websites. We review the goals and current setup before recommending a platform or a move.
Are SEO and GEO included?
We consider search, content structure, and the customer journey when planning the website. The proposal identifies the technical and content work included in the build. Ongoing SEO, GEO research, content production, and campaign management are scoped separately.
How do you price a website project?
We quote against the work: page count, design requirements, content responsibilities, features, integrations, migration, and launch support. A focused landing page, a business website, and an ecommerce build have different needs. You receive a defined scope before work begins.
Account recovery
A focused review of the notice, the history, and the work required.
Which account issues can you help with?
We help with Google Ads suspensions and verification, Merchant Center issues, and Google Business Profile suspensions. The starting point is the platform’s notice and your account history. We assess the issue, discuss remediation, and define the evidence and appeal work within an agreed scope.
Is reinstatement guaranteed?
No. Google controls its review process and reinstatement decisions. RID Marketing is an independent agency. We can review the issue, help address the gaps, and prepare a documented response, but we cannot promise approval or a particular outcome.
How long does account recovery take?
It depends on the issue, the corrections needed, the available evidence, and the platform’s review process. Past case-study timelines describe those individual engagements. We discuss the work we can control and keep it separate from Google’s review timing.
What if we have already submitted an appeal?
Bring the original notice, previous submissions, responses, and a record of changes already made. We use that history to understand what has been tried and what still needs attention before discussing another submission.
