Google Ads appeal denied? Get a second-opinion review.
Another appeal denied. What is still unresolved?
A second-opinion review is for advertisers with denied appeals, conflicting submissions, or uncertainty about earlier recovery work. RID compares the existing record with the current website and account tasks, then provides findings and a recommendation before you commit to further remediation or another appeal.

From the published work
A second opinion should give you a decision, not just another draft.
Why separate verification from the suspension?
In the Attraction Marketing engagement, RID identified unfinished business verification alongside a separate UBP suspension. Verification was completed before the suspension materials were finalized. The case shows why a review must establish each task and its status instead of treating every account problem as one appeal.
Find practical answers: the work, scope, evidence, and responsibilities.
When a fresh review is useful.
A review can help when earlier appeals repeat the same explanation, different people have submitted conflicting information, or the website has changed without a reliable record. It can also help when the account has both a suspension and an unresolved verification issue.
The useful question is not simply whether another appeal is possible. It is whether there is a clearer factual explanation, missing evidence, or a relevant correction to make before using the available review route.
Reconstruct what Google has already received.
Provide the full text of earlier appeals, their dates, confirmation messages, and decisions. Include any requests for verification or further information. Summaries from memory often leave out the exact statement that now needs explaining.
RID compares the submissions with the present website and the business records. If a prior response was inaccurate, the next response needs a truthful correction rather than silently replacing one story with another.
| Record | Why it matters |
|---|---|
| Original notice | Establishes the decision and named policy. |
| Prior appeal text | Shows the facts and claims already submitted. |
| Decision or follow-up | Identifies the current status and any direct request. |
| Change history | Separates completed work from planned changes. |
Your deliverable: a documented next-step decision.
We organize findings into three categories: confirmed inconsistency, supported explanation, and open question. This prevents an unverified theory about a billing change or website script from becoming the central claim in an appeal.
Each recommendation should explain what needs to be checked or changed, who owns the task, and what evidence would demonstrate completion. A long list of generic best practices is not the same as an account-specific assessment.
- A chronology of notices, prior submissions, decisions, and relevant website changes.
- Findings separated into confirmed inconsistencies, supported explanations, and open questions.
- A prioritized list of missing evidence or corrections, with the responsible person identified.
- A recommendation to prepare a further response, complete specific work first, or wait for an unresolved task or decision.
Check for a separate verification blocker.
Google’s advertiser verification troubleshooting describes issues such as inconsistent identity details and missing information about business relationships. If the account has a failed task, examine that task’s decision alongside the suspension notice.
Do not substitute website screenshots for the identity documents a task requests. Identify the correct entity, authorized person, document type, and upload route before using another attempt.
Decide what the next response can establish.
The review may support a corrected appeal, additional implementation, a request for missing business records, or a decision that the evidence is not ready. We explain the findings and proposed scope so you can make that choice with the account history in view.
No reviewer outside Google can promise a reversal or identify every internal signal behind a decision. The deliverable is a clearer factual basis for the next step, with any remaining uncertainty made explicit.
Review scope, access, and timing.
This is a diagnostic engagement. Website implementation, a new appeal draft, submission support, and continued follow-up require an agreed scope beyond the review. You can use the findings with RID, your own team, or an existing agency.
The number of accounts, length of the appeal history, missing records, and verification complexity affect the review fee and preparation time. Bring the notice, website, full previous appeal text, and decisions. Account access is arranged by invitation when needed; you retain control of personal verification tasks.
A completed review should leave you knowing what evidence supports the next step and which questions remain open. Progress is measured by resolving those questions and dependencies, not by the number of appeals submitted. Any Google review schedule remains outside RID’s control.
Before we talk
A few practical questions.
Can you review work another agency completed?
Yes. Provide the actual submissions and findings, along with the current status. We assess the account record without assuming the earlier work was either correct or incorrect.
Should I delete earlier account history?
Keep the record intact. A later reviewer needs to understand what happened and why a correction or explanation differs from an earlier submission.
What if there is no new evidence?
A second review can clarify that. Do not invent evidence or a new cause just to produce another appeal. We can identify what is still needed and whether further remediation is practical.
