This is RID Marketing’s account of a historical engagement. The work, results, and timing describe that client’s situation. For an issue you are facing now, start with the current Google Ads guidance below.
Attraction Marketing, operated by Elite Marketing Pro LLC, came to RID Marketing after repeated attempts to complete Google’s Business Operations Verification. An initial account review identified two separate issues: unfinished business verification and an Unacceptable Business Practices suspension. The engagement documented successful verification in May 2025 and account reinstatement confirmed by the client in early June.
The challenge: repeated submissions without a clear path
The team had submitted business-verification information several times and remained unsure which details were preventing approval. During a May 12 consultation, the client described the difficulty of repeatedly supplying information without a sufficiently clear explanation. The account also displayed a separate suspension notice.
RID organized the work into two stages: establish the advertiser’s business identity and operations, then address the suspension with the supporting materials relevant to that issue.
Stage one: complete business verification
On May 14, RID guided the client through a Business Operations Verification submission covering the legal business identity, advertised website, business documentation, services, intended audience, advertising responsibilities, and payment responsibility. The client supplied the information through its own account access.
On May 16, the client reported that verification appeared to have passed. RID reviewed the status, confirmed successful Business Operations Verification, and moved to the separate suspension work.
Stage two: address the suspension
RID requested supporting documents for the Unacceptable Business Practices matter and worked with the client to assemble them. When the client asked whether the account instead required a Circumventing Systems response, RID confirmed the policy shown in the case and kept the appeal materials focused on that issue.
The appeal document was delivered on June 3. On June 4, the client reported that the account had been unsuspended the previous evening and invited RID to conduct a follow-up review.
The outcome: verification completed and the account recovered
The documented outcomes were successful business verification and Google Ads account recovery. The client later introduced RID to another agency contact and described a positive experience. The sequence included verification, documentation, and coordination; it should not be reduced to the timing of the final appeal alone.
What this case shows
An account can have more than one unresolved requirement. Read each notice, identify the evidence each issue needs, and confirm the status of each stage as work progresses.
