Google Ads Unacceptable Business Practices suspension help.
Does your advertising tell the full, accurate story?
RID helps businesses assess whether their advertising clearly represents the real provider, the offer, and any brand relationships. The work connects website and creative review with the documentation needed for a factual Unacceptable Business Practices appeal.

From the published work
The ad, the offer, and the provider relationships need to agree.
A lead-generation offer reviewed end to end.
In RID’s published lead-generation case, the review covered the advertiser’s identity, lead capture, recipient businesses, website disclosures, and YouTube creative. Revisions clarified the provider relationships and removed elements that could imply an unsupported endorsement.
RID reports that advertising access was restored after the appeal. The case demonstrates coordinated review of the ad and destination; it does not establish that any one creative element was Google’s undisclosed reason for suspension.
Find practical answers: the work, scope, evidence, and responsibilities.
Make the business model understandable.
We begin by identifying who advertises, who receives an inquiry or payment, and who performs the work. A direct provider, reseller, referral company, and affiliate have different relationships to explain. The website and verification answers should reflect the actual model.
The client’s records are essential. If a relationship, qualification, or authorization is claimed, we identify what evidence supports it and whether the wording goes beyond what the records establish.
Review the full impression of the offer.
The review covers the relevant advertisements, pages, videos, forms, and transaction information. We consider what a customer would understand about the business before deciding to make contact or pay.
A correction may involve the main sales message as well as a disclosure. The objective is a clear and accurate offer throughout the journey, not a policy page disconnected from what the advertisement promises.
| Work area | What RID examines |
|---|---|
| Identity | Business names, provider roles, contact details, and consistency of representation. |
| Relationships | Brand, public-figure, agency, supplier, or service-provider claims. |
| Offer | Availability, scope, qualifications, limitations, and supportable results. |
| Customer terms | The pricing, commitments, and material conditions relevant to the sale. |
Build support for the important claims.
Organize the records by the point they prove. A genuine authorization may support a partnership claim; a registration may support business identity; a service agreement may explain fulfillment responsibilities. One document should not be presented as proving something outside its scope.
Google’s UBP guidance includes specific discussion of relationships and evidence. We use the current policy to frame the assessment, while the proposed implementation work remains specific to your business.
Connect the corrections to the appeal.
We record the reviewed pages, the findings, the approved changes, and the final state. The appeal explains the real business and addresses the named concern. If the conclusion is that the decision was mistaken, we explain the evidence supporting that position.
You receive a record of the reviewed ads and pages, the claims needing correction or support, the agreed changes, and the evidence connected to the appeal. Website or creative implementation and follow-up boundaries are agreed before starting. Google makes the reinstatement decision.
What helps us assess the situation.
Bring the suspension notice, current website, relevant advertisements, and copies of previous submissions. Let us know whether another company delivers the advertised service or whether the creative references a brand or public figure.
Do not send sensitive identity documents through a general inquiry. We can first identify what records are relevant and agree on the appropriate way to share them.
Who this fits and what affects the work.
This service is for businesses whose notice names Unacceptable Business Practices and which can substantiate their identity, offer, and provider relationships. Bring someone who can approve business statements and obtain genuine authorizations or service agreements when relevant.
The number of landing pages and ads, video-review needs, provider relationships, and availability of records affect cost and preparation time. We establish fees and responsibilities before reviewing or changing the creative. Track claims checked, evidence received, changes approved, and the final submission separately from the account decision.
Before we talk
A few practical questions.
Can a disclaimer solve a misleading affiliation?
It depends on the whole presentation and the real relationship. A disclaimer does not authorize a false claim or necessarily correct a misleading ad, video, or landing page.
Can you help a reseller or referral business?
We can assess the model and its documentation. The review needs to show who provides the product or service and how the customer is informed of that relationship.
Will you change our marketing claims?
We recommend changes where the wording is inaccurate or unsupported. Your team confirms the facts and approves implementation within the agreed scope.
