This is RID Marketing’s account of a historical engagement. The work, results, and timing describe that client’s situation. For an issue you are facing now, start with the current Google Ads guidance below.
RID Marketing reviewed its own Google Ads account after a Circumventing Systems suspension. This case records the review, appeal, and reported reinstatement.

Here's how we did it.
We reviewed the account, campaigns, and landing pages against the named policy. Our scanner suggested a possible difference in how page content loaded, which we investigated as a potential explanation. A scanner result is not a finding from Google, and this case does not establish that lazy loading caused the suspension. Legitimate performance features need to be assessed by the content they actually deliver.
Google Ads suspension review and appeal support
Next, we drafted a comprehensive appeal that addressed each issue identified in the account review. We provided evidence to support our position and included a detailed plan for how we would address each issue moving forward.
We submitted the appeal through Google’s appeal form and followed up with support. That records the steps taken in this engagement; it does not establish that a phone call changes the review priority or guarantees a different review route.
RID reported that the account was reinstated approximately two hours after submission. That is the outcome recorded for this historical incident, not a standard turnaround time or evidence that one technical change caused reinstatement.

This case describes a specific historical engagement. Platform decisions and individual business results vary.
