This is RID Marketing’s account of a historical engagement. The work, results, and timing describe that client’s situation. For an issue you are facing now, start with the current Google Business Profile guidance below.
Conflicting office information and unsuccessful verification attempts left Carbonaro Law, PC with a Google Business Profile that did not match the location the firm intended to verify. RID Marketing worked with the firm and its marketing partner, Omaginarium, to align the information and prepare the next verification attempt. On August 12, 2026, RID confirmed that the profile had been reinstated and was showing as verified.
The challenge: three versions of the firm’s location
An older office address remained on the Business Profile, a different address appeared on the website, and the team intended to verify the White Plains office. Previous video attempts had not resolved the issue. Before recording again, the team needed to establish which office accurately represented the business and could be supported with evidence.
The work: align the information and document the office
RID prepared a coordinated correction plan covering the profile and website, including the office address, telephone number, website link, business description, operating hours, and location references. The team also confirmed operational details: whether clients were received at the White Plains office, whether staff were present during stated hours, and whether the location had permanent business identification.
Omaginarium implemented the website updates and confirmed on July 24 that the White Plains address and telephone number were consistent across the pages. The Facebook contact information was updated as well. RID then supplied a filming script connecting the surrounding location, building, directory, office, and authorized access in one continuous verification video.
The outcome: reinstated and verified
The profile was confirmed as reinstated and verified on August 12, 2026. Review-policy support was also part of the engagement; one review removal was confirmed separately in July. These were distinct outcomes, and the removal did not establish the status of other review requests.
Omaginarium implemented the website and social-profile corrections while RID directed the profile review and verification preparation. The case reflects the value of coordinating the business owner, existing marketing partner, and recovery specialist.
What other businesses can learn
Before repeating a verification attempt, compare the profile with the business’s actual operations and public website. A clear video is useful only when it supports an accurate business identity.
