The launch gap

Shopify is the platform.
Execution is the difference.

Most stores don’t lose because of Shopify — they lose because the build never reaches a professional standard customers can feel instantly.

The gap between “we’re live” and “we’re ready to sell” is a small set of decisions — executed cleanly, with no patchwork.

What changes when the build is done properly

01

Credibility from the first click

Clean layout, intentional pages, and trust structure that makes the brand feel established.

02

Marketing-ready structure

UX and flow that holds up when ads and email traffic hit — without “fix it later” patches.

03

A launch you can stand behind

The store feels finished — so you can promote it confidently from day one.

This is the difference between a Shopify store and a business on Shopify.

FAQ

Thoughtful answers.
So you can choose a tier with confidence.

This page is designed to remove ambiguity. The work is calm, structured, and standards-first — so your store launches like a business, not a project.

Request a build review

Not sure what tier fits? We’ll point you to the cleanest path.

What’s included in a build?

Every build includes a structured storefront foundation: core pages, navigation, product/collection layout, trust elements, mobile QA, and clean implementation across the theme.

The difference between tiers is depth: Tier I–II focus on launch-correct framework, while Tier III+ adds conversion systems (PDP sections, CRO flow, offer structure, and “ready for traffic” execution).

How long does a typical build take?

Timelines depend on catalog size, integrations, and how quickly assets are provided. As a general guideline:

  • Tier I: ~7–14 days
  • Tier II: ~14–21 days
  • Tier III: ~21–35 days
  • Tier IV: ~4–7+ weeks (integration-heavy)
  • Tier V: scoped after discovery

We’ll confirm a realistic timeline after your build review once we see the scope.

How do revisions work?

Revisions are structured so the store improves without turning into an open-ended design loop. We work in clear checkpoints: a build pass, then a refinement pass, then final QA.

Each tier includes a defined revision window. Changes outside the agreed scope are quoted cleanly before we proceed — no surprise invoices, no “we thought that was included” friction.

Do you handle apps and integrations?

Yes — when they’re part of the tier and the strategy. Common integrations include email capture tools, analytics, subscriptions, bundles, upsells, reviews, and shipping/fulfillment systems.

Tier III+ is where integrations become “systems,” not just installs: configured, styled, tested, and tied into the customer journey.

What do you need from me to start?

We keep your side simple. To begin, we typically need:

  • Your Shopify login access (collaborator access preferred)
  • Your logo/brand basics (colors, fonts, or examples you like)
  • Product catalog readiness (product titles, prices, images, descriptions)
  • Policy info (shipping, returns, contact details)
  • Any required app accounts (email, reviews, subscriptions, etc.)

If something isn’t ready, we’ll tell you what matters most first — and what can wait.

What if I’m running ads or email traffic?

If Shopify is (or will be) your primary revenue, and you plan to run ads or email traffic, you want Tier III+ — that’s where execution becomes portfolio-worthy and traffic-ready.

Tier I–II are intentionally framework-clean: correct foundation, brand-safe, and launchable — but not built to absorb heavy traffic without conversion structure.

Will my store be mobile-optimized?

Yes. Mobile is treated as first-class, not an afterthought. We QA layouts, spacing, tap targets, and section flow across common breakpoints, then run a final pass before handoff.

The goal is simple: the store should feel finished on mobile — not “good enough.”

What happens after handoff?

You get a clean, launch-ready Shopify store and a clear “what’s next” checklist. We’ll walk you through how the pieces work (pages, sections, product layout, and key settings).

If you want ongoing iteration (new sections, campaigns, landing pages, CRO upgrades), we can keep building — but the core handoff is designed so you’re not dependent on us for day-to-day edits.

Still deciding?

If you tell us your catalog size and whether you’re running ads/email traffic, we’ll recommend the cleanest tier — and the fastest path to a store you can confidently promote.
